Return Policy for Dolly Makes Crafts

At Dolly Makes Crafts, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality handmade cushion covers, book pouches, and lamp shades. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window:

You may return eligible items purchased from our online store within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The return window starts from the date the items were delivered to you. 

Eligible Items:

Only items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received can be returned. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or used.

To start a return, you can contact us at dollymakes@virginmedia.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  Dolly Makes Crafts, 32 Bramston Gardens, Rastrick, Brighouse, HD6 3AG

Dolly Makes Crafts must be notified of any item being returned and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.  Any refund made will be less the cost of the postage incurred by Dolly Makes Crafts in sending the item originally.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, in order this can be dealt with in a timely manner.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
